Heart-Healthy SmoothieHeart-Healthy Smoothie -

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 10 oz. Greek yogurt (I use no sugar added strawberry)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • *If using non-frozen berries or bananas, add ice cubes

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
