Pumpkin Oat Waffles
Ingredients:
- ½ cup oats
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon canned pumpkin
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until fully combined. Cook the mix using a waffle iron. Serve with plain Greek yogurt, sliced apples and a dust of extra cinnamon.
